Who is Custom Salt Solutions?
Our Story
At Custom Salt Solutions, our story is rooted in nearly 45 years of experience, innovation, and commitment to service. What began in 1980 as Custom Spray Service, founded by John McIntyre, has grown into a trusted provider of high-performance salt products and exceptional customer care.
John built his business on the belief that using the best tools, techniques, and technology leads to the best results. His dedication to quality and integrity earned the trust of customers across the Inland Northwest. In 2004, his son Jeremy joined the business, and together they launched a dust control division to expand their services even further.
In 2019, through doors opened by God, the Lund family—lifelong residents of Eastern Washington and North Idaho—acquired the company. Today, Custom Salt Solutions continues the legacy of “Uncle John,” blending decades of industry knowledge with a fresh commitment to providing practical, effective solutions for our customers.
We’re proud to offer top-tier salt products backed by a team that truly cares. When you work with us, you’ll be met with honest advice, friendly service, and a genuine desire to help you find the right solution for your needs.
We might not be the cheapest—and that’s okay. Our mission is to deliver real value, long-term performance, and unmatched service every time.
We’re honored to carry this legacy forward and look forward to serving you.
Sincerely,
Bryce Lund President
