Account Terms

New season customers are required to pay by per day credit card billing (3% fee will be charged as a pass through on credit card payments). After each day you receive product, Custom Salt will charge your credit card. A receipt will be mailed and/or emailed to you. After your first season you will have the option for Account billing at a net 30 term, subject to credit approval. Contact our office to set up account billing.

Facility Use Agreement

As a customer of Custom Salt Solutions we offer you the opportunity to use our liquid de-ice stations (Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Wenatchee). They are open 24/7 from October 15th until March 31st. It is our intention to make these stations as easy to use, safe to operate, and reliable as possible.

We have 24-hour CC video surveillance equipment at every station. This surveillance equipment is intended to monitor the locations and surrounding areas, assisting us in providing a more secure, and safe location for you and your teams.

Willful or accidental damage(s) to this equipment will result in restitution for the damage(s) and temporary or permanent account deactivation of your account.

Maintenance is, and always will be, a high priority for us; this may result in disabling a station temporarily for repairs.

We always work to perform maintenance on off peak days to minimize any interference with your operations. To help us service you better, please feel free to contact us with concerns, comments or suggestions about our stations.
