What is granular de-ice?
Granular de-ice is the partical make up of a physical de-icing element (typically referred to as road salt). It is an easily spreadable object that is used in many different de-icing situations.
What is liquid de-ice?
Liquid De-Ice is a liquid chemical make up of product that can be sprayed across different types of roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and any other application that a spray unit can access. Liquid is an excellent solution for those who want to move into a better de-icing product while being able to charge more.

Custom Salt Solutions main office is open: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Liquid product can be obtained 24/7 through one of our card-lock locations.
How do I get product?
We offer 3 ways of receiving product at Custom Salt Solutions:
In-House pick up. All of our products are stored locally at our shop at 900 N Nelson St, Spokane WA 99202
Delivery. We have flatbed truck drivers who can deliver our products directly to your shop or jobsite.

Do you offer product support?
We have a wide range of ways to support you as a customer. We offer in-person trainings to help educate and equip you with the knowledge needed for the upcoming season. We have 24/7 access to our liquid product in our card lock locations, and we have top-of-the-line customer service available for call!
Do you sell deicing and snow removal products?
We offer a range of liquid and granular de-icing products and specialize in a number additional equipment resources from spray units, bulk on-site storage, 24/7 card lock locations for on-the-go filling, and delivery services available.
