Neutral venue. Custom Salt Solutions (“CSS”) operates a platform to connect contractors and subcontractors. CSS is not a broker, agent, joint venturer, employer, guarantor, or party to any subcontract or prime contract.

No warranty or vetting. CSS does not screen, verify, endorse, or warrant any contractor or subcontractor, their insurance, licensing, competence, equipment, compliance, pricing, or performance. You are solely responsible for due diligence and contract terms.

Responsibility for work. You (the posting contractor) remain solely responsible for obligations under your prime contract(s) and any engagements you enter into with subcontractors. CSS is not responsible for delays, non‑performance, property damage, bodily injury, fines, penalties, or other losses arising out of engagements between contractors and subcontractors.

Hold harmless & indemnity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CSS, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your postings or communications; (b) your selection, engagement, direction, or payment of any subcontractor; (c) work performed or not performed by you, your subcontractors, or your/their personnel; or (d) your breach of applicable laws or third‑party rights.

No employment/agency. Nothing herein creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and CSS.

Limit of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSS shall have no liability to you for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the services.

Governing law; venue. These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], excluding conflict‑of‑law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in [Your County/State].

Visibility & consent. Your company and contact information will be visible to CSS administrators for verification and compliance and may be shared with matched subcontractors after mutual approval, even if masked on public listings.
